I thought that this might be important to some since this is sort of a game forum.
Basically it's a program that allows one to easily make a video game. Though it gets complicated at times, I find it easy to use somewhat. I made a game called legend of Osirus with it once with a friend.
If you want to make an RPG with this, then good luck! It's very confusing to do that.
This program is free, but like all freeware they will trie to convince you to register your copy.

If you are interested in RPGs, google RPG maker. There's an illegal english copy. It's very complex though, I uninstalled it.
